Packages arrived within 4 days of ordering, very well packaged and boxes to protect during shipping. Instructions were very clear and well laid out. Putting the set together was very easy and quality control was very good as haven't had any defects.

My buddy kept talking about RitFit, so I finally checked them out — and wow, I’m glad I did. I ordered my setup, and everything showed up in under a week. I built the leg press first, then the rack, and honestly the instructions were way better than I expected. I was missing a couple support brackets, but customer service hit me back immediately and had the parts at my door in three days. That alone made me a fan. I got the red-and-black setup and it looks sick. If you’re building a garage gym or home gym, I’d 100% recommend RitFit. Solid equipment, fast shipping, and customer service that actually cares. Easy 10/10.

What you see is not what you purchase — be very careful. In my experience, this company has been extremely disappointing. They advertise heavily online and on TikTok, but after purchasing, communication appears to be handled mostly through automated AI-generated email responses rather than real customer support. The machine arrived dented, scratched, and with missing pieces. To make matters worse, I was told I needed to fully assemble the machine and then send them a video proving the defects, which is absolutely ridiculous. No customer should be expected to spend hours assembling a damaged product just to prove it arrived defective. There has been no clear way to return the product or get proper assistance. I invested over $3,000 into this purchase while preparing for life with a brand-new baby, and instead of excitement, it has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. When spending this kind of money, customers should receive quality products, responsive support, and the exact item that was advertised. Unfortunately, I’ve received little to no resolution, and the company does not appear willing to stand behind what they promote online. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people deserve to be aware before making a major financial commitment. Please do your research and proceed with caution.
