The variety of grip sizes is perfect for accommodating different heights and wingspans in our home gym (fitting both my 6'4" frame and my wife at 5'3"). Great addition to the rack.

Love the quality of the attachments so far. They feel solid and well made. I wish that a guidance chart came with it so I know which muscles to target. But overall love the pink to match with my Smith machine.
