Yaxell Super Gou Santoku

Super sharp out of the box, very handy , balanced and easy to use, fits hand and feels natural.

Almost perfect

One of the most beautiful knives I’ve seen. Unfortunately the rivets in the handle were not properly polished and they were digging into my palm right out of the box. I wasn’t going to use it just to be thinking how uncomfortable it was every time I hold it. So, I returned it it. The process was super easy and smooth. I bought an Enso SG2 instead.
