Heavy Weight Champion
First, as far as kitchen knives go, this thing is sharp in more ways than one. The blade has a great edge and the entire thing looks fantastic. My only “complaint” isn’t really even a complaint: it’s heavy-ish. Compared to other knives of this type, style, and price point, it’s a fair amount heavier than I anticipated. It isn’t too heavy though. The weight makes it feel more substantial and durable to me. I have several other knives of this kind that are much lighter. The quality is fantastic, but when something is as light as a feather it can be easy to get into the habit of treating it as durable as a feather or Faberge egg - even though it’s much more tough than that. With this knife it isn’t like that at all. You can instantly feel the heft and I think I may actually prefer that. Anyway, wonderful knife that I would highly recommend.

Best Japanese kitchen knife
Вот готовый отзыв на английском про твой нож YAXELL Santoku:
Review:
I recently bought a 6.5-inch YAXELL Santoku knife, and I’m very impressed with it. The size is perfect for everyday kitchen tasks — not too big and very comfortable to control. The blade is extremely sharp right out of the box and has stayed sharp even after more than a week of regular use.
It cuts vegetables, meat, and herbs smoothly and precisely, with very little effort. The Santoku blade shape makes slicing and chopping especially easy. I also really like the design — it looks beautiful and feels premium in hand.
Another big plus is that it’s easy to clean and maintain. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with this knife and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality Japanese kitchen knife.
