After a pleasant exchange with their support team I’m happy with my decision to use these packets for running energy. I haven’t used gels for any running except two on a half marathon and they were horrendous. These will be amazing for the marathon training and marathon ill be running. I will be a repeat customer. I've been using GU gels for years as fuel for marathon training. The taste and consistancy always caused me to overdrink water just to get the gel down. HNY+ has such a great clean flavor. It is easy to take down and is much easier on the stomach!! Will be using these going forward for all my training!
