This is a great alternative to regular gels! Took one on a training ride, and it was the perfect blend of sweet and salty, and helped give me a boost at thw halfway point! Will likely get thw non-caffeinated ones with my next order!

Not extremely sweet. Used for a trail run. Great burst of energy. I will put this in the rotation for my long runs. Perfect amount of caffeine.
