Quick, accurate sharpening.

This sharpening iron is far superior to any steel I've ever used. A couple of strokes on the ceramic sharpens better than the sharpening stone I've been using, without the prep needed to get the stone ready. I can't recommend this enough. But what else can you expect from Global!!!

Global is great.

This is another excellent Global product. It sharpens the knife very quickly and is easy to handle. 5 stars. I have lots of Global knives and everything I get from Global is always top quality.
