Global 3.5" Paring Knife

I bought this knife of the global brand after reading Bourdain's kitchen confidential ( I know right?), what do I have to loose, like $65 or so.... Love the knife, very light in the hand, the handle is grippy and the size if perfect for small jobs. It came very sharp and I don't think it will be hard to sharpen as the years progress. Solid little knife, I highly recommend to anyone using a paring knife on a daily basis.

Paring knife is great!

We liked this knife so much, we bought a second one, so the my husband and I can both use thr “good” knife, when we are meal prepping together.
