Core Colostrum

It took a little finessing to add this to my "first morning coffee" concoction. Just dumping it in the cup and brewing the hot coffee on top of it seemed to "cook" or curdle it, leaving a very distasteful grainy residue. So, next, I tried dumping it in after the coffee was brewed into the cup with almost the same results. Third try: dump serving of colostrum into mixing cup, add about 2 tablespoons warm water and froth... THEN brew coffee into it. I also add Creatine, Collagen, Lugol's Iodine, and butter to my first coffee. After adding and frothing a second time, I pour from my mixing cup to my mug. Delicious. Not sure if this is now a forever thing, but for now I'm good.

I haven’t used this for long enough to know if it does anything health wise for me or any other claims. But it blends well when added to my protein and greek yogurt. Or when added to my protein shake. It has a slightly weird smell but you don’t taste it when added to the flavored protein powders. It’s packaged well in a solid glass jar and the scoop being included is great esp with its price point.

I have been using the vanilla protein powder for my coffee for years and it is delicious! It doesn’t upset my stomach or bloat me and I will continue to be a loyal customer!
