Celestron NexStar Evolution 8 Telescope (12091)

Has yet to work

I've been using a Celestron 8SE for a few weeks now, and initially I thought it was just a steep learning curve, but now I'm seriously starting to wonder whether this product is defective. The SkyPortal app is ridiculously confusing and non-functional. I have yet to succesfully align the telescope once using the app. Sometimes the controls work. Sometimes they don't and the telescope just seems to freeze up. I couldn't be more disappointed with this product.
