Celestron NexStar Evolution 8" Telescope

Seeing stars

I jumped straight into this 8inch and some binoculars. So far good shots of moon detail. Waiting for clear skies to align it but impressed with optics and wifi control system. Excellent service from Jacob's Digital work prompt delivery. The freighter tracking system for the scope didn't tell me anything useful and I had to call their depot to find out it was already sitting there for pick up but helpful when I called.

New toy for me and my boy

great toy. More than a toy actually. We're still learning how to get the best out of the telescope but we're having great fun.
