A “sneakily” useful purchase

AVX tripod “was getting a bit heavy”. I kept the styrofoam end pads from the original box and they help shape the bag to hold other things along with the tripod. Two fewer trips to the car to load up!

It fits my telescope and accessories but the straps are a little too short for the barrel of the telescope

Celestron 40" Telescope & Tripod Case (94025)

A perfect sized bag to hold my new Celestron Astromaster 130 Newtonian scope. Holds both the tripod and optical tube securely with enough padding to prevent chafing. also has room for a few accessories. Thanks to Nicholas for suggesting this !
