I trust the purity of this Creatine, which is why I like it. But like other brands I have tied, it is gritty in smoothies. I’d rather take a pill than feel the grit. And I don’t want to take it first thing in the morning with my tea, because I need an empty stomach. So I heat a portion of coconut milk in the microwave, add the creatine to dissolve, and then add the remainder of the cold coconut milk. A lot of process.

The product looks like a clean refined powder. I did notice fuller muscles without any water retention that I noticed from the previous product I was using previously.
