Level II - Groundwork Pro Kit

Great kit

Clench fitness gear is amazing. the band are just right there stiff yet have stretch and excellent tension. I love how the kits give you 2 of each size band I did have to upgrade the kit and get to of the green bands as the purple ones were not heavy enough for some of my exercises.I’ve had some cheapo bands from Amazon that just don’t hold up way to stretchy and just no tension. The footplate is by far the best part lots of channels and attachment points, also heavy and wide lots of room to work with and a game changer for super heavy squats.The handles are ok there not bad but are uncomfortable when you go very heavy the shape of them don’t rotate in the hand very well for some exercises but the do work fantastic for others. I got give clench props on the amazing you tube channel too soooooo many Videos and tutorials they just seam like a really great company and very excited to try out the nexus bar and ditch my cheapo Amazon bar.

Fantastic Product

After researching and comparing multiple band companies my wife and I purchased the Clench Level II Groundwork Pro Kit two weeks ago. It's great! Using it primarily for legs and already have improved strength. Expanding to include upper body. Clench is fun and effective. Highly recommend.
