great quality, a little thin and uncomfortable
I have the starter set. The bands at my gym are a little wider, which makes them more comfortable. These ones are fine to hold in my hands, but if I wrap them behind my knee, for example, they dig into my skin in a way that's less than comfortable.

Well made & sturdy for the most demanding workouts! My coach recommended them & they are great!
