This is a monster!
Wow, serious resistance on this one! I use it to do banded leg presses and it is tough! Delivers as promised.
Does SSF dare go any larger??

These bands are serious
I've been working with bands for about 8 months now with good results - I keep making gains at 52 years old. I have a small house made in 1938, so there's no room for a gym. I can spare room for two sets of these serious bands, plus a yellow #6 and orange #7. I do most of my exercises with the bands. With some creativity and some solid anchors, there's no muscle group you can not hit. I use the orange #7 for box squats - it's no joke. I screw eye bolts directly into the studs behind the walls for anchors. I use a bench and rig the bands to the bench using climbing slings and carabiners for a bench/incline press. I've used other bands and most have served me well. Different brands will have different resistance depending on their manufacture. I wanted to standardize all my bands, so I replaced all of them with Serious Steel. The layered latex manufacturing process means the bands offer more resistance - maybe 10-20% more than the solid cast latex bands and the TPE bands. I rouind out my equipment with a pair of powerblocks, omnistraps, a pull up bar and a maxpro. The bands play a central role with the other equipment rounding out the workouts.

The Best on the market
I have every band except one. These have been game changing for this 62 year old.
