V4 is amazing and also the V3. Now my wife and can use them at the same time. I where the V4 which is perfect for my build. Have been using it twice a week since I bought it and oh boy, I've never felt better doing squats before.I can actually squat using bands until absolute failure. Game Changer

Works perfectly with my tornado rack and weight stacks. Weighted pullups, weighted dips, and weighted split squats with quick/easy weight changes are game changing.

Injured tendon which made it near impossible to squat with a barbell due to the bar press against my shoulder. Tired belt squats but alot of unnatural tension on my hips and knees. This harness hooked up to my functional trainer is awesome. Also got the metal wedge and both combined is a spot specific arsenal on your legs and calves. Highly recommend
