Bands with Carabiners
Using the bands with carabiners takes the exercise to a new level. They are very easy to use and of very high quality. In the video, I am doing a leg extension exercise. My weight bench was too heavy so I found a very light weight shower chair. I can move it easily and it is higher off the ground than a weight bench, so my feet don't drag.
