Chicken & Broccoli Rabe Lasagna

The chicken broccoli rabe lasagna was absolutely fantastic. I also ordered the chicken Parmesan, but have not tried it yet. That I will be trying this weekend and I am very excited about that also. These are the most delicious prepped meals that I have ever had in my life. You folks are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and you have a lifelong customer in me.. This dish had excellent visual appeal and tasted great as long as you like the bitterness of the broccoli. If you incorporate this dish as part of a meal (salad, bread, etc) then it might stretch to 3 or 4 people, but with no side dishes this serves 2 people. 4 stars to acknowledge the quality of the dish itself - lost a star as the cost of just this entree is on par with 2 complete dinners delivered by our local Italian restaurant.
