Chocolate chip cookie protein boost

Used this to make chocolate chip cookies replacing 3/4 of the recommended flour with protein flour and they are delicious!! No change in consistency and could not tell any change in flavor. Will definitely use again!

Hey! Just received your product last week, and I am thoroughly impressed with it. So far we’ve made waffles, batter for shrimp, and breaded fish; all with spectacular results! Next I would like to try making cinnamon rolls. I’ve combed social media the past couple days for a good recipe to no avail. More recipes are definitely needed on the website.

I love it! I love to bake and haven’t been able to since I started tracking macros and keeping a higher protein diet, but this flour has been a game changer! Will be repurchasing!
