Fiber Gourmet Flour Blend 32oz

BEST HEALTHY FLOUR!

This flour cooks like All purpose flour. But it has a ton of fiber and protein, and far fewer carbs and calories. I have mastered a 29 calorie snacking cookie with Fiber Gourmet, Whey Low, and Pyure. It is pricey compared to other flours, but I will continue to buy it and exclude unhealthy items in my pantry.

I will experiment more, I bought it for bread making , only to discover it’s not recommended. It was hard as a brick with a biscuit texture. Will try it for muffins and see if it works better there but definitely surprised by the texture. And I have been low carb baking about 10 years. I used to make my own blend but my ingredients are impossible to buy anymore. But every time I try a new product there are my cherished ingredients I used to be able to purchase .

I've tried various flours and find this one the best blend of price and taste.
