I am happy to be able to enjoy one of my favorites again without blowing my daily carbs. These are even better than the older ones I used to eat.

An English muffin you can enjoy on keto!

If you love english muffins and miss having them because the ones in grocery stores are too high carb, these are for you! The texture is like any english as is the flavor. They toast up great. I make my version of eggs benedict with smoked turkey and a fried egg on top of the muffin. Too die for! They are good just toasted with some nut butter or sugar free jam. I purchased the 3 pack so I have them on hand. Trust me, you will love them. I am very picky when it comes to Keto bread products and Aunt Millie's make them all wonderful!
