In consistent parts, wrong parts showed up and the actual part was damaged. I have not used the equipment because at every turn there has been problems on your equipment, shipping and customer service. If I do not get a faster response and how to remedy I will involve an attorney to get my money back. I spent nearly $5,000 on your equipment and nothing is usable

Mildly upsetting. The picture is deceiving. I ordered the 200 lb weight set thinking it went up to 40lbs because that’s what showed in the picture. However, it only goes up to 30lbs. I agree and have now added the weight up, so I did get what I purchased, however, there’s not even an option to purchase 250lb set which is what is shown in the picture.
