I made a $150 purchase for my cider brewing. Went to brew my first batch and both airlocks I bought were broken. I asked customer support to send replacements and shipping took a long time. Finally started brewing my first batch - used a rubber mallet to hammer the lid onto my brewing bucket. I really hammered that sucker on too. It still had a bad seal (you could smell it coming out the side of the lid) and I had to throw the whole 5 gallons out. I love supporting local and small. I wouldn’t have left this review except they keep emailing me to “show them some love”. I’m sure their other products work well. I just had a mediocre experience.

It caps effectively!

We needed a new bottle capper because our previous one broke a handle. This one was affordable and works well. Actually, it seems to work easier than the previous version, although the handles "finish" at the horizontal position, rather than our previous version's farther downward position, so there was a momentary learning curve.
