Clarity less than optimal review

I forgot to order my clarity and ordered it the following day of a large order which I wasn't satisfied with neither. I asked. And they failed to get the clarity with the prior order so I was required to pay shipping twice, and a thermometer i paid nearly 40 dollars for wasn't what I wanted
