Not Good

The Bottle Washer pictured on the site was not the Bottle Washer delivered (I ordered two and got two). I asked to return them for a refund, but was instead offered a credit. The item pictured is functional and of high quality. The one delivered is not: bad angle, will not stop flow when the bottle is removed. Northern Brewer has still not corrected the image in the site. Bad.
