Bavarian Hefeweizen Extract Beer Recipe Kit

After spending four years in northern Barbaria, I came to love the local beers and wines. When I came back to the states, I’ve done everything I could to re-create that flavor the 5 gallon extract kits that you offer have been the closest match that I’ve been able to come up with that was even close to the flavors that I enjoyed in the early 80s. I’m doing 10 gallons at a time now and have just about got the flavor dialed in but doing paint has got to be the biggest lesson learned I tried 12 ounce bottles the last run and I had a lot of waste. It’s hard to get a decent pour out of a 12 ounce bottle. I’ve got less than a case left from the batch I did last year and I must say that a couple of 12 ounce bottles is more than enough to get a happy glow! I appreciate all the hard work that is put into each one of these kits and if you are searching for a true northern Bavarian taste these are the kids to try thank you

Easy to make and turned out great! I've brewed six kits so far and this was the best of the bunch.
