Amazing customer service
My order arrived promptly and very well packed. Everything was as described and expected. When in time a problem presented itself and I shared it with Northern Brewer, Mike's response and help were incredible. I did not even expect help or resolution, only pointed out a problem they might not be aware of. Mike reached out and at that point had already acted on it. This is amazing customer service.
