Great, Clean Hard Red Wheat

This wheat was clean! It makes the perfect bread. It had been a while since I had used hard red wheat to make bread but we will be ordering more of your hard red.

These are my favorite tasting wheat berries for making sandwich bread and dinner rolls. Deep, nutty flavor.
