This flour is delicious and I feel good feeding it to my family knowing it was grown regeneratively. The quality of everything I’ve ordered so far has been amazing. The handwritten thank you notes are delightful. You farmers are very appreciated, keep up the good work!

Great tasting bread
I’ve made several loaves of bread, yeast bread but wanting to try to start sourdough soon, tastes great, just have to get used to being a wetter dough learning every time I use it
