Super tasty! The whole wheat Rouge de Bordeaux flour was incredible! It was super fluffy for whole wheat, nearly as fluffy as normal all purpose flour. Highly recommend!

Best Ever!

I truly adore this duo - it gives me both a white whole wheat and a red whole wheat to choose from when I’m baking. Both are such strong wheats that they help my bread rise so high! And the flour is so very fine, nothing like I’ve gotten anywhere else.
