Regenerative Rouge de Bordeaux Berries

Rouge de Bordeaux berries are great!

The Rouge de Bordeaux berries are probably my favorite out of all that I have tried. The flavor is fantastic and I use it in all my bread. Living Sky Grains are excellent in quality and customer service, so glad I found them!

I for one, do not like hard red wheat, however, Rouge is such a mild yet flavorful grain! I mix this with hard white and Kamut. Amazing taste. I just ordered another 48 pounds to keep on hand.

Loved the Rouge de Bordeaux

This was our first time using Rouge de Bordeaux berries. I had been hearing about them and they were everything I expected! The grain was clean, which means a lot! My husband said the bread tasted "gourmet" - better than my usual bread made with hard red. We're hooked on this grain!
