Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries

I recently bought wheat berries from Country Mills in Alberta, and I’m extremely happy with the quality. I purchased Hard Red Spring, Khorasan, and Red Fife wheat berries for sourdough bread baking, and all three have been fantastic to work with.
