This 4K Microscope Camera we purchased from AmScope works very well for our application. Picture clarity is very crisp and clear for failure analysis work that we do. It was the perfect purchase for us.

Great camera but poor software

The only disappointment is that it is incompatible with my Mac, despite the website claim that it is. The software freezes regularly. So to use it I had to buy another monitor and use it as a standalone. There it works great

The camera works fine and would recommend it to others however the customer service response is the worst I have ever experienced. I have left several messages and emails regarding another matter and to date no response. The 30 day return policy appears to be a farce.
