It's pretty good! I still actually want a goose neck light as well, it's not quite a replacement, but it's a really good supplement. Also, if your microscope is on an arm, then you can just push the head way up and use this as a work light.

Replacement for a microscope light that failed. Controls are on the light. It is brighter than the prior light. The adjustment is linear and obvious. Installation as before - simple. Great value.
