You really need to include written assembly instructions with the microscope and not just a link to a downloadable manual. I could figure out how everything went together, but it took me a while to realize there are tiny set screws in the ocular yubes that must be loosened in order for the 10x ocular lenses to be mounted properly. Plus I doubt very many people have such a smal Phillips screwdriver available to loosen and tighten these screws. Ring light is excellent

Beats an eyepiece every time

As a newbie in horology I was really having trouble adjusting to such small screws - even on a pocket watch. This really improved my ability to see the little suckers. Far better than a loupe! And the light ring really makes parts stand out!

Great for what I need

The scope is perfect for my watchmaking and other “tiny work”. I was truly surprised at the excellent t quality for this price point. I added a 0.5X Barlow which gives me more room to actually work under the lens. Will be adding a camera soon. Thx Amscope!!
