Definitely buy a Barlow lens

So, I bought the "AmScope 7X-45X Magnification Simul-Focal Trinocular Zoom Stereo Microscope Head", and the focal plane was really obnoxiously close to the objective, making the microscope hard to use. Once I got this Barlow lens it was perfect, and is now the best microscope I've ever had by a wide margin. Definitely 100% buy the Barlow lens (at least for that head, but I assume AmScope's other heads are similar).

Miscommunication at Home Led to Unfair Review

I left a scathing review recently admonishing the company for "horrible support" at what I thought was an unkept promise only to find out the company had actually kept true to their word and delivered the replacement item so fast that I didn't even notice it come in. After posting my review the initial support staff who aided me reached back out and quickly helped me with my dilemma: The microscope was delivered swiftly after my initial complaint, and I just never noticed it. I'm sorry to Steve, Maria, and AmScope for the harsh unwarranted and in hindsight untrue criticism. Unfortunately cannot retract them due to the review policy, hence this second review. You guys are great, I had a stupid moment and now it gets to exist forever on the Internet 😅🤣😭
