Easy Returns? Nope!

They state easy returns. . however, this is truly not the case. You purchase a product and if you want to return it, say a large microscope- boy are you in for a surprise! No help with the return at all, no return shipping label. . you are on your own. So it cost me over $50 to return the item. Then, you must email then the tracking information. Then, you must wait 5-7 days for them to inspect the item, and so on. Can you return things yes. Is it easy? No. Will never purchase from this store again.

Easy to use! Very nice quality microscope for our homeschool lab and experiments! Would love a manual to be included, but it was easy to find the downloadable version on the AmScope website. Would definitely recommend this product!
