No lag, looks awesome on my 4k 77" tv. The autofocus is very effective. Pretty smooth experience so far with the software.

Good, but…

Still working out the kinks. The field of view is tiny and I bought the 0.5x reducer, and it’s still way too zoomed in. I sent amscope an email requesting guidance and am still awaiting the response. To set it up you still have to be connected to a monitor or video screen, so it’s not totally standalone operation.
