Lobster Stock - 1qt

Hello, Lobster Stock container was laying on its side in the box under the ice. A small amount had leaked out of the tops and was in the bottom of the insulated bag. The rest of the stock was still frozen in the container. Should we assume it is OK? Thank you, Patricia

this may be the first disappointing product I've received fro Fourstar. I bought three to use for a risotto. The broth was very weak in flavor. It barely tasted like lobster at all. I ended up boiling down one to get it more concentrated so that the lobster flavor registered. I with I'd made my own and won't buy this one again.

The sauce for these mussels consist of lobster broth which was so tasty!
