Maya Mountain, Belize 70% 2024 Harvest Single-Origin Chocolate Bar

This is such a gorgeous chocolate bar, it leaves you with a mouthful of creamy and vivacious chocolate. It melts down and fulfill every one of your taste buds. It has a soft strawberry under finish that leaves you wanting more. I would say this is more of a creamy chocolate truffle than fruity but it’s absolutely delicious.

Great balance of dark chocolate with some sweetness. Not overly sweet or bitter.

If you prefer your chocolate a little sweeter, the 70% Maya Mountain bar is a good alternative to the 85% bar.
