I've ordered it before and it was wonderful. This time it was past its time and was slimy. Next time I'll call and ask when the fresh weeds are delivered.

Chopped, sous vide at 90°C for 30 minutes with a little neutral oil and lemon juice. Used as garnish with roast turbot. Lovely briny accent, still had some crunch.
