Love Pilates

This has been my first experience with Pilates and I found I love it more than I ever thought I would. I’ve repeated volumes 1 and 2 several times and it doesn’t get old. I look forward to it every day.

Chair Pilates

I have finished this class and am now doing it again along with the hip renewal class. I have found them both to be very helpful. I have arthritis in my wrists, ankles, and knees so have had to give up my years long Hatha yoga practice. I was quite depressed about it, but your very good alternatives and teachers have made me hopeful again. Thank you!
