Very knowledgeable instructor.I he makes it challenging enough to feel like you’ve overcome obstacles, and just when you think you’ve had it, he mercifully stops and goes to the next.

I love the short classes as the exercises are strong, for lack of another word. You really feel it.

Core strengthening

Good beginner class but also great for those of us that can’t get down on the floor. Having gone through the class maybe a more difficult one is in order.
