I started using this because it was on the course at CIM and I’ve continued to use the precision hydration. It’s easy to use in my soft flasks and it keeps me hydrated especially with the summer heat!

I will drink this before my long training runs to ensure I start my long run already hydrated. It's easy to drink and doesn't upset my stomach. I have used the 1500 for race day

Fizzy component to this electrolyte tablet, which can be a good thing for shorter durations. However, definitely makes me gaseous and somewhat nauseous with endurance events like Ironman
