Confusing numbers

1500 means you will need 2 tablets to achieve 1500mg of sodium. I also don't mix this in 16oz bottles, I mean... who does? I like everyone else on this Earth use 20 and 24oz bottles. Come on Precision ... Anyway, 1 tab is 750mg which is what I use in my 20 or 24oz bottle. No sugar (love this) and its not as heavy salt tasting like LMNT. This is something my stomach can tolerate better while racing. TIP: Make sure to leave your cap open as this dissolves! Its carbonated!!!

Confusing Dosing

The 1500 tablets = 2 tablets, not 1500 for 1 tablet. I bought this because during my training and racing, 1 tablet = about 750mg sodium. It's lite tasting, not sour nor heavy flavoring. I use this in 1 24oz bottle and aim for 1 bottle / hr here in Mississippi. If LMNT is a bit too hard on the gut, you might like this better.

Sprite

Doesn't really have a flavor but is really close to the texture of a Sprite soda. Goes down very easy and is convenient for taking with you. Does fizz when mixing so be sure to leave bottle open while it does or it will pressurize somewhat
