Always in my gym bag! Super versatile ; I personally love them for bench press ; curls ; dips ; and pull ups . Incredibly easy to go on and off the bar ; you’re never mixing up the left and right . And they are small enough to tuck inside your gym bag .

Works well on my straight pull up bar on my rack, barbell and loadable dumbell handle. Fits and is nice to grip.

Not comfortable and feels cheap. Fell off my barbell after one use. Easy to click back on but still not my favorite grip
