Ease of use and Practical

This adaptable thick bar grip make a huge difference in my work-out in whatever the equipment I applied to it. When I do pull-up bar or dip exercise, the bar handles were crazy thin making it difficult for me to hold or sometimes hurt my hand palm but this thick bar grip allow me to hold on it for doing longer reps. I'd love that the grip is thick to hold and also working out on increasing and strengthen my forearm size, too.
