A+ customer service. When my shipment was ruined in transit, Sey replaced it immediately. Everything I have received from them has been consistently great, in particular, that Anthony Kimani was stunning. I've sampled plenty of other high-end roasters, but Sey is still the standard by which I judge everyone else.

Man i am trying to pause my subscription and can not get an email reply from them. Ive emailed twice now. Everytine i log onto their website i can never find my subscription on my account. Customer service almost makes me want to cancel my sub all together

Their coffee is always amazing
