He made me the best latte I’d ever had out of his industrial park space. Moved out of the area and found this coffee at a local coffee spot. Been buying it ever since and then started buying it in bulk from him directly for my office. Makes perfect espresso every time!

Great blend

Living in Sammamish, this is equivalent to having a next door roastery. You get the beans when you want them. And they are the best. I am still struggling to consistently dial them in but that is on me than on the beans. Love the flavor profile. The Lionshare blend is pretty good for a straight espresso drinker.
