This decaffeinated lot is a blend of harvests from a small group of producers in San Agustín, Huila. In the cup we find a sweet and balanced profile of orange marmalade, dark chocolate, and strawberry.

I’ve never tasted such a good decaf.
They’re usually roasted too dark. SEY actually made a good decaf I’m impressed

Light cup with just enough body to get some mellow, chocolate notes. The brightness of the cup calls hints of lemon, but there is a funkiness that balances the bright notes.

Used for espresso. Sad thin layer of crema. Watery body. Pricy for below average coffee. Puzzling to me why would anyone rave about it.
