Great gift!

This made a great gift for a newer espresso machine owner with a penchant for Ethiopian beans. He said the flavor profile was phenomenal. As an added bonus, customer service for local pickup was excellent.

nice smell

When grinding manually, gives off a nice smell. Very pleasant. Tastes is still bitter by itself, but better than dark roast.

these are some of my favorite beans and I have been trying all of the highly recommend recommended and well-known roasters. These beans are exceptional. I’ve been pulling them as regular espresso and also very much enjoying them as a ristretto with and without milk. Even pushing 35 seconds is great.
